Total terrace surface of 96m2. Sun all day (incl morning and evening). Chair and tables for breakfast, lunch and dinner on the roof top terrace and the lower terrace. There is also a gas barbeque on the roof top terrace and a sea view from both bedrooms.

One master bedroom with ensuite bath and toilet, a second bedroom bedroom with separate toilet and own shower. There is also Wireless LAN, broadband internet, copier/scanner/printer/fax, etc.
Large living room with LCD-TV, satellite receiver with built in hard drive (100s of channels), home cinema stereo and DVD.
Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, washing machine, dish washer, oven and an induction hob.

The guest room has a 140x200 bed which sleeps 2 people.
In the living room there is a convertible couch of 140x200. The apartment sleeps 2+2 comfortably but can sleep 6 when using the convertible couch in the living room.

Alarm, underground garage box, shutters for window, plenty of wardrobe space, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, barbeque, etc.
