With a large L shaped Lounge and Dining Area and open Kitchen the feel is very contemporary.

The fully equipped kitchen has all the appliances: Full oven, hob, large fridge, washing machine and dishwasher and microwave.

The luxurious bathroom is fully tiled, fitted with bath, shower and sink unit. Heated towel rail.

THE HOLIDAY APARTMENT TO RENT

The property having a double aspect is very light and airy . The views from the lounge are down to the Port and beach and up the street to the Provencale Market and the Picasso Museum.

The daily provencal market is wonderful- open every morning with fresh fruit, vegetables, cheeses, fish and flowers and provencale goods. The Picasso museum and the Cathedral are 1 minute and the sandy beach 2 minutes by foot. Surrounded by shops, restaurants, museums and bars everything is on your doorstep. There are also Royal Beach and Salis Beach just 5 mins walk from the apartment.

The Nearest Airport is Nice just 20 mins drive away which has a bus service to Antibes as well the usual taxis and car hire.

The medieval town has high sea ramparts and this apt is within the walls of the citadel in one of the pretty streets lined with flowers. You have lots of local history as Antibes was founded by the greeks and then became a strong Roman settlement. It is a good touring centre with Monte Carlo and Italy nearby along the spectacular coastal road or by Double decker train to experience the journey even better. There are excellent beaches which can be reached by foot. Some are public and a few are private with restaurants. Antibes has the largest Marina in Europe with Yachts moored here from all over the world. Antibes is Famous for MARINELAND the Sea World of Europe together with AQUA SPLASH , ANTIBESLAND , LE PETITE FERME AND CRAZYGOLF the kids are very well catered for.
