This spacious 1 bedroom garden apartment was totally refurbished in April 2004 to the highest of standards, offering luxury holiday accommodation at an affordable price. It is part of the El Green Andaluz complex on Mijas Golf and has an attractive swimming pool surrounded by roof gardens and tropical shrubs with magnificent views over the golf course and coast.
THE APARTMENT FOR RENT
The magnificent lounge/diner benefits from a 3 seater sofa (which converts to a spring mattress bed), a 2 seater sofa, coffee table, dining-room table with 4 chairs, sideboard and display cabinet, with ornaments and floral displays, satellite TV, CD/radio and is fitted with 2 ceiling fans as well as 2 wall mounted extractor heaters.
Forming part of the lounge is a "garden room" overlooking the pretty garden which is mainly lawned with bouganvillia, shrubs, pot plants and your very own palm tree. There is suite of cane furniture and coffee table, with floral decorations to compliment the luxury surroundings.
The kitchen is equipped with Zanussi dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, halogen hob, oven, extractor fan and fridge-freezer. A full range of cooking and kitchen utensils, including toaster, kettle and coffee maker are available. A smoke alarm has been fitted.
An iron, ironing board, hair-dryer, and cloths airer are supplied, together with a 'welcome pack' on arrival.
ACCOMMODATION

The bedroom is fitted with two single beds, a chest of drawers, two bedside cabinets, and a large fitted wardrobe. There is a 3 speed ceiling fan and wall heater.
A sofa bed in the lounge provides additional accommodation for 2 people. Separate access to the en-suite bathroom and WC means that no one is disturbed.
THE LOCATION
This beautiful apartment located on El Green Andaluz was designed and built with the countries history in mind, reflecting a Moorish flavour throughout this complex with a large grand entrance, columned arches, ornamental fountains, stunning tropical gardens, and heated swimming pool (part of the year).
The world renowned Byblos Hotel and the two prestigious golf courses of Los Olivos and Los Largos are just a 5 minute walk from the apartment. The Tamisa Hotel is also close by and facilities of the Byblos and Tamisa Hotels are available at a small charge.
Nearby towns and attractions
The coastal town of Fuengirola is just 10 minutes away, and within a short drive you have a choice of beautiful beaches. Alternatively you can head inland and visit the famous mountain villages of Ronda, Granada and Mijas. Shopaholics are well catered for with the fashionable boutiques and shopping malls in Marbella, Puerto Banus, Fuengirola, Benalmadena and Malaga. The journey time to Ronda, Granada and Gibraltar in just over an hour. Like so many of the towns and small villages along the coast, you will be spoilt for choice by the many hundreds of bars and inexpensive restaurants. It's a diners' delight, with world class cuisine at prices to suit all pockets.
Activities
Sporty types are spolit for choice with the host of activities on offer. Fast becoming known as 'Golf Valley', golfers can choose between numerous courses and many that offer world-class facilites and that have hosted major tournaments. Just some of the many activities include tennis, go-karting, mountain biking, horse riding, and all forms of water sports including scuba diving and water skiing.
Enjoy the thrill of horse racing at Mijas's 'Hipodromo' racetrack, a night time venue in the summer months with live bands performing into the early hours. This is a fun evening for all members of the family, (young or old), not to be missed. Enjoy a visit to the Casinos in Marbella or Torrequebrada. Water parks also offer day time fun for all the family.
During the months from November through to Easter, you can ski the snow caped mountains of the Sierra Nevada, just 90 minutes away. Indeed you can ski in the morning and swim in the sea in the afternoon, and there are not many places where that is possible!
BOOKING INFORMATION
The rental price for this villa ranges from £225 (GBP) to £350 (GBP - Approx 510 euros) per week, based on 2 people sharing. There is an additional 40 Euros per week to cover the cost of laundry and cleaning if more than 2 people.
