THE HOUSE VILLA ESTATE FOR SALE ON CARRIACOU
The estate comprises grounds of approximately 5 acres between a public road and the sea on the West leeward shore of the island on which are 4 properties in varying states of repair. One of the properties - the original 'Caribbean Inn' - is in need of redevelopment. The owners suggest that it would be suited to redevelopment as a Health Spa, Detox resort, Conference Centre, Recording Studio, private Nature Preserve et Cetera. CARIBBEE GRENADINES
The Grenadines comprise a series of islands and arguably the most beautiful archipelago in the Caribbee, of which Carriacou (Kayryouacou)is the largest. This 13 sq mile island is protected by living coral reefs, with crystal clear seas, small off-shore isles and white sandy beaches.
Carriacou is in the main undeveloped and undiscovered. With a population of 7,500 its capital is Hillsborough and the language is English. Still largely undiscovered and undeveloped, the island maintains a rich biodiversity with tropical plants, birds and reptiles and the marine wildlife supported by the coral reefs.

Air connections
Point Salines International Airport is the gateway to Grenada and is served by various airlines including Virgin Atlantic and British Airways, who fly via Barbados or Antigua. Connecting flights to Carriacou are provided by SVG (St. Vincent Grenada Air). American Eagle operate a daily direct service from San Juan. The small Carriacou airport is subject to consideration of a runway extension to accept larger aircraft. Currently, the airport serves flights to Barbados, St. Lucia, St. Vincent, Bequia, Canouan, and Union Island.Sea links
