The rental villa is situated in a quiet private road, which leads down to the sea and sandy beach, about a couple of hundred yards away. This private residence has its own garage, in addition to the availability of street parking.

The legendary old town of Antibes is a 10 minutes walk away but there is a free bus, the Navette Gratuite, which runs every 20 minutes or so to the central bus station in Antibes from where you can get a bus to Juan Les Pins which is about 2 miles away.

The Antibes lighthouse dominates views of the area and can be seen up the hill from the villa.

Antibes is within easy reach of both Cannes (20 mins by car) and Nice (30 mins by car) both of these destinations are accessible by public transport. Further afield (but within 1½ hr drive) is the principality of Monaco with its beautiful capital Monte Carlo and the north-western Italian coastal border towns of Bordighera and San Remo. The stunning ski resorts of Isola 2000 and Auron (located in a national park) are also only an hours drive away. There is also plenty to keep families occupied within easy travelling distance of the villa: Marineland, Antibesland (mini funfair), Petite Ferme (small farm), Aquasplash (waterpark) and the glass blowing museum at Biot to name but a few.

The nearest airport is Nice where direct flights are available from London Heathrow with British Airways, Air France and British Midland. The airport at Nice is also served by budget airline EasyJet where direct flights from London Luton, Gatwick, Stansted, Liverpool and Bristol Airports can be had for as little as £20 + tax each way.
